Why Join LPSCW?

Legal Personnel of South Central Wisconsin (“LPSCW”) was formed to unite all persons employed in the legal field, where ideas may be exchanged, and knowledge may be increased.

More specifically, LPSCW is the local chapter of a tri-level organization called NALS…the association for legal professionals.  NALS is composed of the national organization, state associations and local chapters.  LPSCW members are also members of the Wisconsin Association for Legal Professionals (“WALP”) and NALS.

NALS welcomes all legal professionals with open arms and understands that all legal professionals have a great deal to offer one another.  So whether you are a legal secretary, paralegal, legal administrator, or legal assistant we have something for you.

How to Join:

Membership is open to persons licensed to practice law or engaged as a paralegal, legal assistant, law office administrator, legal secretary, stenographer, typist or clerk in any law office, any person employed in the courts, the trust departments of banks or trust companies, or in any public or private institution or office directly engaged in work of a legal nature, including the public offices of the government, state, cities, counties or municipalities.  Student memberships are available.  A person serving a sentence for a felony conviction is not eligible for membership.

For more information on membership opportunities, please contact Jennifer Frank at jen.frank30@gmail.com.
